Check-in for the Expo opens on Friday, June 1, 2007, at 3:00 pm. The Expo itself begins Friday night at 6:00 pm with entertainment, dinner, and an inspirational keynote address.


Food exhibits

Saturday and Sunday the speaking program begins at 8:30 am in the grand ballroom, where speakers will give fascinating presentations on a variety of subjects, until about 5:00 pm. We will take breaks every 60 to 90 minutes when you can visit 50,000 square feet of exhibitor area filled with sponsors who will be showing healthy and enviromentally-friendly products.


Exhibits

There are also lunch breaks on Saturday and Sunday where you can wander and sample the delights, or get a vegan meal available at outlets around the hotel. Saturday night there will be entertainment and a an evening of social activities to meet and learn about other people attending the weekend.

Sunday morning will feature cooking demos before the speaking portion begins.
