A weekend of speakers
Check-in for the Expo opened on Friday, October 8, 2004, at 3:00 pm. The Expo itself began Friday night at 6:00 pm with entertainment, dinner, and an inspirational keynote address.
Saturday and Sunday the speaking program began at 8:30 am in the grand ballroom, where speakers gave fascinating presentations on a variety of subjects, until about 5:00 pm. We took breaks every 60 to 90

minutes when guests visited ballrooms filled with sponsors who exhibiting healthy and enviromentally-friendly products.
There were also lunch breaks on Saturday and Sunday where guests dined together on healthy fare. Saturday night after the group dinner, there was entertainment and a an evening of social games to meet and learn about other people attending the weekend.

The Expo is the only major event of its kind in the United States.
